A day with the family
So Marc and I decided it would be a good day to head up to Wolfchase Galleria for a little while and get out of the house. Not to mention dropping off his brand new guitar to get worked on. I'm sure that had nothing to do with wanting to go to the mall. HA! We had a great time. However, as soon as we got there Riley had an accident that got all over the place. We ran to the Macy's restroom and her outfit was so messed up that we carried her around the store naked and went to the baby section and bought her a new outfit to wear. (No, i was not prepared with an extra outfit in my bag. Note to self for our next adventure) When we reached the baby section we immediately asked for the sale rack. The girl working laughed at us but then understood when we checked out and told her not to bag it.
We ate lunch and then went to the build a bear store were we picked up a new friend that Riley helped pick out. (pictures of that coming soon) We gave her two options of animals and then two options of outfits and she got to choose which she wanted. It was so cute to watch her and super fun! She loves her new friend and as soon as we handed her over, she started kissing her. Well worth the $17 that was spent. (btw, build a bear is making a killing!) So the picture you see if of our happy girl in her brand new outfit with her brand new friend that she picked out herself. Such a sweet day!

YUMMIE!
We have been on solids for several weeks now, however, recently she has been more interested in trying to use he spoon by herself. It is very entertaining. I have a feeling I have a very independent child on my hands.
